1. Where do your meats come from?
All our meats are sourced from pasture-raised animals, processed in small batches to ensure exceptional freshness, flavor, and quality. We never compromise on sourcing.
2. Are your products organic or grass-fed?
Yes! Our beef and dairy products are 100% grass-fed and free from added hormones or antibiotics. We prioritize natural, wholesome nutrition.
3. Is your meat fresh or frozen?
We primarily offer frozen meat to lock in freshness and ensure safe delivery. However, fresh meat orders are available by request under our custom meat order option. An additional fee will apply depending on the size and type of the order.
4. What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?
No problem! We accept custom orders for just about anything—special cuts, custom packaging (fresh or frozen), even unique steak styles or trimming preferences. Whatever you have in mind, we can make it happen. Just reach out to us!
5. What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across the GTA, including:
Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Aurora, Newmarket, King, Caledon, Halton Hills, Milton, Oakville, Burlington, and Hamilton.
6. What are your shipping rates?
Shipping is $8.99 on all orders. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $99.
All subscription orders receive free delivery, no minimum required.
7. How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 5 business days of receiving your order. You’ll receive a notification with a delivery time window the morning of your delivery day.
8. Can I add delivery instructions?
Yes! You can leave delivery notes at checkout. While we can’t guarantee special requests, we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
9. How do subscriptions work?
Subscribe to your favorite products and choose your delivery frequency (weekly, biweekly, or every 4 weeks). Enjoy free shipping on all subscription orders, plus automatic deliveries.
10. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription anytime through your account. Just make changes at least 48 hours before your next delivery date.
11. What if there’s an issue with my order?
Contact us immediately at sales@4primecut.ca if your order is lost, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right!
